Returns & Refunds

Return requests

Contact service@dawnwee.com within 14 days after delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, pierced earrings, intimate items, worn footwear, customized goods, gift cards, and items marked final sale are not returnable unless defective or required by applicable law.

Authorization and return address

Do not send products to the merchant mailing address. Approved returns receive a return authorization and the applicable return destination. Unauthorized parcels may be refused.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Original shipping, return shipping, customs charges, and import fees are not refundable unless the item was defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.
